The statements made on this website, as well as any materials or supplements distributed or sold on ForceFactor.com, have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Force Factor products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a history of heart conditions, we suggest consulting with a healthcare professional before using any of our products. The results achieved with all products are not typical, and not everyone will experience these results.
A. You must pay a shipping and handling fee of up to $9.99 USD, plus applicable sales tax and any other associated fees, for us to send you a trial supply of a Force Factor product. We typically ship the product the business day after you place your order. We allow approximately 4 days for you to receive the trial supply. Thus, in order for you to have approximately 14 days (or 30 days in the case of 34-day trials) to try the product, we consider the end date of your trial period to be 18 days (or 34 days in the case of 34-day trials) after you place your order, which is 14 days plus 4 days for processing and transit (or 30 days plus 4 days for processing and transit for 34-day trials). We do not guarantee delivery within 4 days of ordering your trial supply.
B. If you do not call customer service and successfully cancel prior to the end of your trial period, you agree to continue with our VIP Membership Program. See details below.VIP Membership Program
Unless you cancel before the end of your trial period as specified above, we will ship a new monthly supply of the Force Factor product you sampled (or equivalent) at the end of your trial period. Thereafter, you will continue to receive a new monthly supply of the same Force Factor product (or equivalent) every 30 days for as long as you remain a VIP Member. The credit or debit card you provided when you ordered the trial product will be automatically charged the product price (which varies depending on the product), plus shipping and handling and applicable sales tax, before each new monthly supply ships. To cancel future shipments in the United States and Canada, you must call +1 (877) 204-3263 at least 1 day prior to the date that your next monthly supply ships. Customers located in Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, please call us at +1 (877) 301-6149. Customers in Australia, please call us at 1800-849-073. Our customer service center is open Mon-Thurs: 8am - 9pm Eastern Time (US), Fri: 8am - 6pm Eastern Time (US), Sat: 9am - 6pm Eastern Time (US), and Sun: 11am - 5pm Eastern Time (US).
Force Factor, LLC retains a total guarantee of customer satisfaction on all Force Factor VIP Membership products.
